Rubi Rose Benton was born October 2, 1997, in Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised, by Nardos Ghebrelul, her mother, an Eritrean immigrant dentist raised in Ethiopia as well as John Benton, her father who is an attorney with Japanese, African American and European descent. Her father was adopted. Scarlette is her elder sister as well as Coral her younger sister are both adopted. 2. She was baptized as an Orthodox Christian as a child. Brookwood High School was her high school located in Snellville. She was a track athlete. She majored in political sciences at Georgia State University. She was awed by Marvin Gaye's music and sounds of Biggie, Prince, Michael Jackson and Chaka Khan. Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj are among her influences. Rose rose to fame first as the main actor in Migos' music videos for "Bad and Boujee" that was a hip-hop band. She began regularly appearing on Twitch streams around this time together with East Coast hip hop commentator DJ Akademiks. More sources are needed. Her single "Big Mouth" it gained her acclaim. in 2019 Rose was featured in Cardi's music video for her single "WAP", on 7 August 2020. A&R Chris Turner signed her to LA Reid's record label Hitco Entertainment in 2019. Rubi is also very well acknowledged for her high-profile relationships.
